Gary Stamper

Gary Stamper is a highly regarded attorney practicing in the areas of divorce and family law, including custody, support and paternity. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1981, as well as the U.S. District Court Western District of Missouri and the U.S. Court of Appeals Eighth Circuit. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he was honored as a member of the Board of Advocates and the Order of the Barristers. He earned a B.S. in public administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Gary is a member of the Boone County Bar Association and the Missouri Bar. Gary received the Roger P. Krumm Award in 2012, honoring him as outstanding family lawyer of the year. Gary has been recognized among Best Lawyers six years in a row. At the request of a friend and client, Gary began coaching the mock trials six years ago at Father Tolton, a Columbia Catholic school. The team had immediate success, winning the regional's and advancing to the State Tournament every year, likely attributed to the talented children and not the coach.

In his spare time, Gary is an age group triathlete with three Iron-Man finishes.
